Job Responsibilities:
Ø Prepare and paint interior and exterior residential homes
Ø Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking and priming
Ø Apply paint, stain and other finishes using brushes, rollers and sprayers
Ø Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ø Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
Ø Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
Ø Minimum 5 years of skilled residential painting experience
Ø Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
Ø Strong work ethic and reliability
Ø Ability to work independently or as part of our team
Ø Own transportation and basic painting tools an asset
