Role Overview

Straight Forward Sales is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & National Account Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, customer service, and account management while supporting some of Canada's largest retail partners. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing day-to-day support to our National Account Managers to ensure exceptional service and execution.

Working closely with our sales, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams, you will coordinate customer orders, monitor inventory, assist with retailer programs, prepare sales presentations, and help ensure projects move efficiently from quotation through delivery. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced environment.

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus an uncapped commission program,



providing opportunities to earn additional income by supporting sales growth and developing your own customer portfolio over time. As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to advance into Account Management, National Accounts, Business Development, or other leadership roles within the organization.

Pay: $37,500.00-$40,000.00 per year

Education:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
