Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and safety
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area in accordance with health standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and preferences
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and client inquiries
- Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty items through upselling techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer the best services
Experience
- Prior experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty treatments is required; training will be provided for the right candidate but they must have experience
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively to create returning clientele
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
