We are a licensed in-home multi-age childcare , serving children aged 2.5–5 years. Our program blends Montessori-inspired and play-based learning in a warm, small group setting.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible ECE / ECEA to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities
- Support children’s overall development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
- Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Valid BC ECE or ECEA License
- First Aid & CPR-C
- Criminal Record Check
- 3 Reference Letters
- Childcare experience preferred
- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Montessori and/or play-based learning is an asset
