We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Labourers to join our team at a mining operation located in Wells, BC.

Position Summary

As a Labourer, you will provide general labour support to mining operations and construction activities while working safely and efficiently in a remote camp environment. Successful candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labour duties in support of mining operations.
- Assist equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors as required.
- Load, unload, and move materials and supplies.
- Perform site cleanup and housekeeping duties.
- Assist with road maintenance, site preparation, and infrastructure projects.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Follow all company and client safety policies and procedures.
- Complete daily hazard assessments and safety documentation.
- Report hazards, incidents,



and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous labour, mining, construction, forestry, or industrial experience is considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements, including drug and alcohol testing where required by the client.
