Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several SMT Operators in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.
Responsibilities:

- PCB handling, SMT techniques including pick & place, screen print, and reflow
- Product inspection, setup, and calibration according to set processes and diagrams
- Providing support and working with engineers when problems arise

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, minimum
- 3 years of PCB Handling, ESD Practices, and working experience with IPC 610 Standards, ideal
