As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing and evaluating patient health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Educating patients and their families on health management

Qualifications:

- Valid Alberta Health Care Aide license/ directory
- Long Term Care experience
- Robust clinical skills and knowledge




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Other information:

- $22.30/hour (relocation bonus only with exception of a 2-year commitment or out of province candidate)
