Lion Max Simms Memorial Camp is open for camp rentals all year through with its primary season May - September and offers off-season rentals to user groups October - April each year.
Scheduling and hours each week dependent on camp rental groups. 12 hour shifts / 8 hour shifts.
This is not a camp rotation job and staff accommodations are not provided.
Job location - Route 360 near Bishop's Falls, NL
The Cook Assistant / Kitchen Helper will be responsible to assist with the preparation, cooking and serving of all meals during their shift. This position is responsible for preparing and cleaning dishes in a busy work workplace. They will participate in kitchen / dining room cleanup, help organize inventory and assist other kitchen staff / cook with food preparation as necessary.
