We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our Property Services team. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of residential properties to ensure a positive experience for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces
- Remove garbage, recycling, and debris from interior and exterior areas
- Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, grounds, and entrances
- Dust furniture, railings, fixtures, blinds, and windowsills
- Polish metal fixtures and furniture as required
- Clean walls, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs




- Assist with moving supplies, furniture, and equipment
- Replace light bulbs and assist with general building upkeep
- Support seasonal duties such as snow removal and salting entrances
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and compactor rooms

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe handling procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures

Pay: $17.60 per hour
