Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) – St. Thomas, ON

- This is NOT a remote job...you will work in the office 5 days a week

We're a final mile, white glove delivery company - we don't just drop packages at the door, we deliver big-ticket items right into customers' homes. That means our CSR team is the heartbeat of the operation: coordinating with drivers, keeping customers informed, and turning frustrating moments into excellent experiences.

This is NOT a cold-calling job. You'll be the calm, professional voice helping real customers with real deliveries in a centralized call center environment.

What You'll Do

- Make pre-delivery calls to confirm addresses and schedule delivery day
- Talk directly with drivers on-site about deliveries that hit a snag
- Reschedule orders when needed
- Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Escalate issues to our clients when necessary...while de-escalating upset customers in the same breath
- Enter and retrieve customer information
- Provide office support and freight information to customers and drivers

What You Bring





- Very proficient French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Previous CSR experience is an asset
- A calm, patient attitude - you won't rattle when a customer is upset
- Comfort with a flexible, rotating schedule (days, afternoons, Saturdays)

Schedule

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
