We are currently looking to add 3 Customer Service Experts for the rest of the 2026 season and building into a more senior position in 2027 for successful candidates.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers rave about our customer service and lawn care results from our industry leading products and service. Your role will include face to face interaction with current customers while completing their lawn care services, which include, but are not limited to, Fertlization, Aeration, Weed Control, Insect Control, Seeding, and Mosquito Control. You will also be expected to generate new customer leads with your outgoing personality while completing your daily production routes.

Responsibilities





- Completing Daily Production Routes within our transparent standards of service
- Physical Labour day in and day out in all weather conditions
- Provide accurate information about our lawn care services and solutions
- Full Time Seasonal Position (Now to early October) with potential for advancement
- Early morning start time and some evening and week-end work as well

Qualifications

- Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn and be a part of a team
- Previous lawn care not required - we hire for attitude and train for skills
- Punctual, reliable, with great interpersonal skills
- Must have Valid Drivers Licence
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift 55lbs several times per day
- Clean Driving Abstract that must be provided before interview

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 55.0 per week
