One full-time permanent Manager, Safe Haven Youth Services position available, starting on September 14, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Manages the design, delivery, implementation,



and evaluation of effective programs at Safe Haven Youth Services.
- Establishes, and maintains partnerships with funders and community agencies to ensure the safety, housing and mental health needs of youth being served are met.
- Builds relationships and networks with community organizations that support the Safe Haven team in providing inclusive programming.
- Provides leadership promoting best practices and supporting the implementation of evidence informed practices.
- Identifies gaps in service and develops programs to meet service needs.
- Works in alignment with the Agency’s commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.
- The above tasks are representative but not all inclusive.

Your Talents and Experience:

- Requires a minimum diploma or undergraduate degree in social work or related discipline and three to five years relevant work experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- Preferred experience in the management of housing and/or mental health programming.
- Requires knowledge of issues and trends related to the housing and/or mental health sector.
- Ability to maintain effective staff relations, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with community agencies, key stakeholders and funders is essential.
- Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs.




- Ability to integrate clinical theory and practice into the program with a sound understanding of evidence informed practices.
- Demonstrates collaboration and self-awareness.
- Able to build authentic and sustainable relationships with staff members, clients, and community partners.
