Work Location: Markham (16th Ave and Woodbine Ave area)
Job Duties:
- Receiving returned products & samples from customers.
- Place returned boxes in correct sections in the sample room
- Respond to emails
- Take pictures of return products
- Write up physical GRN's (Good Receiving Notifications)
Skills:
- Computer capabilities. Able to use a computer and be taught how to navigate through company systems/processes.
- Communication skills. Ability to answer emails, speak with customer service reps etc.
- Ability to write down information and input it into the computer along with photographs of product.
- Ability to read, write in English
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
