Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through their shopping journey




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining excellent service standards

Skills

- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
- Solid communication skills to clearly explain product features and handle inquiries
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating totals
- Knowledge of POS systems and customer service best practices
- Ability to perform promote upselling opportunities confidently
- Organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and inventory well-maintained
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone or in person

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
