Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and accurate.
- Utilize computer systems to manage inventory and process orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, ensuring clear and informative responses.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with automotive trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.




- Support retail sales efforts by promoting new products and special offers.

Skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and components is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and maintain order accuracy.
