Join us as we finish the season strong! Oxford Hills continues to grow and evolve, and we’re looking to add an ambitious, responsible, and friendly individual to our Golf Operations team.
This is a seasonal position for the remainder of the season, with a great opportunity to return next year and grow within the team.
Position Overview
As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a positive experience for our members and guests. You’ll be involved in daily golf operations, customer service, and helping maintain a well-organized and welcoming pro shop setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the golf course and pro shop
- Check in golfers and manage daily play
- Book tee times and handle phone inquiries
- Assist members and guests with a high level of customer service
- Merchandise and maintain the appearance of the pro shop
- Assist with leagues, events, and tournaments
- Operate POS systems and handle basic computer tasks
- Support and assist other staff as needed
- Monitor daily operations and help ensure policies and procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, personable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Team player with a willingness to help where needed
- Responsible and trustworthy (including opening/closing duties)
- Ability to make decisions and enforce club policies when required
- Organized and punctual
- Golf knowledge is an asset and preferred
- Willing to work, mornings, evenings, weekdays or weekends.
