We are a downtown-Vancouver-based real estate brokerage seeking a Handyman / Maintenance Staff for our West End Apartment Buildings and downtown condos.

This person will be responsible for maintaining building's interior
and exterior grounds for the properties and providing a safe and safe environment for the
residents of the properties.

This position will be structured as a contractor and not an employee.

This position requires the following qualifications and involves the following types of tasks:

- Ability to perform all types of maintenance; handyman jobs; repairs including: electrical and plumbing, appliance repairs and landscaping

- Furniture assembly

- Maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds

- Attending to emergencies

- Arranging for and monitoring garbage disposal

- Honest, reliable and trustworthy

- Bondable / no criminal record

- Capable of working flexible schedule

- Should have a reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
