Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking a SAP Engagement Management Consultant to join their team. As a SAP Engagement Management Consultant, you will be part of the Professional Services team supporting client engagement and project delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP Engagement Management Consultant

Location:Remote, with occasional travel to Toronto, ONTARIO

What's the Job?

- Own the design for customer and engagement master data, including client structures, contract hierarchies, and setup variants.
- Design and validate engagement setup types across various contract models such as time and materials, fixed fee, milestone, retainer, capped fee, and multi-element arrangements.
- Lead end-to-end billing integration design, including billing plans, resource-related billing, and finance reconciliation processes.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard sessions, drive gap resolution, and secure business sign-off on design decisions.
- Collaborate with configuration teams, review builds, and ensure alignment with approved designs, while supporting testing phases and defect management.

What's Needed?

- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in SAP professional services or project-to-cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Professional Services delivery across multiple full lifecycle implementations, with process ownership.
- Deep expertise in customer and engagement setup, including client onboarding, contract structures, and engagement hierarchies.
- Strong understanding of billing integration, finance postings,



and revenue recognition processes.
- Ability to run workshops with senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage configuration and testing activities effectively.
