We are seeking one full-time, Property Accountant (19 month contract). Stratawest Management is a growing firm and offers an excellent working environment where employees are valued and supported.
The successful candidate will possess a desire to provide high quality service to our clients; will have above average attention to detail; excellent organization skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel is required and the ability to adapt to new software.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
1) Minimum two years full scale bookkeeping experience
2) Diploma in Accounting or similar education.

General duties for the Property Accountant Position:
- Responsible for financial records of portfolio of properties, including: Preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Payroll, Budget preparation, Strata Form preparation
- Liaise with property managers, owners, council members and bank personnel
- Software’s used: Adagio, Sage 50, MS Office Suite - Outlook - Excel- Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
