Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead and oversee field service operations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical support and maintenance services. In this role, you will manage field service teams, coordinate service schedules, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily field service operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support field technicians to achieve performance and safety objectives.
- Develop service schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients by ensuring prompt resolution of service issues.
- Monitor field performance, analyze service metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to support field activities.




- Prepare operational reports, manage service documentation, and oversee equipment and resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, operations, or technical service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Experience coordinating field operations, maintenance activities, and customer support services.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and workplace safety standards is considered an advantage.

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
