Position: Seasonal Full-time/Part-time Retail Sales Associate (until the end of this year)
Start Date: as soon as possible
Where: 32 Tank House Lane, ON (Distillery District location )
Hours: Full Time :4- 5 days
Duties:
- Actively engage with customers and assist them with menu selections and questions about products
- Packaging of a wide variety of chocolate and confections. Must be able to weigh items accurately and use appropriate materials to package each item as per Soma guidelines
- Accurately take customer orders, including special requests and modifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including packing stations, espresso bar, bathrooms, and dinning areas
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks following our standard recipes
- Operate our POS system, accurately handle cash and card transactions
- Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies/stock as needed
- Ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods by managing multiple tasks through time management and a sense of urgency
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure proper food handling
Skills:
