Clinic Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead one of our busy Tri-Cities clinics.

This is much more than managing schedules or overseeing a front desk. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every patient, coaching and developing an incredible Patient Care Team, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining the welcoming, professional environment Coast Therapy is known for.

What You'll Do

As Clinic Operations Manager, you'll be the operational leader of your clinic, working closely with practitioners, the Patient Care Team, and senior leadership to ensure both patients and staff have an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing Patient Care Team
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance development
- Celebrate successes while helping your team continue to grow

Clinic Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Ensure smooth scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes
- Support billing processes including ICBC, WorkSafeBC,



and extended health claims
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Patient Experience

- Ensure every patient receives exceptional customer service from their first interaction through to their final visit
- Support patients with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Resolve concerns and help create positive outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, practitioners, and your team

Operational Excellence

- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement new initiatives and improve clinic performance
- Support company goals and operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy legislation and company policies
- Help create systems that allow both patients and staff to succeed

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who enjoys building strong teams and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll likely bring:

- Previous leadership experience in healthcare, medical administration, hospitality, retail management, or another customer-focused environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Confidence making decisions and supporting others through change

Bonus Qualifications

- Experience using Jane App or another EMR
- Medical Office Assistant certification
- Knowledge of ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health billing




- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Compensation & Schedule

$25.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.

- Full-time
- In-person
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends as required
- Primary assignment within our Tri-Cities clinics, with opportunities to support other Coast Therapy locations when needed
