Schedule: Evening & Night Shift (Store closes at 11:00 PM)

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and fast-paced team members to join our growing dessert café in Vancouver. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in preparing quality drinks and desserts, and thrive in a busy setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare bubble tea, specialty drinks, and desserts according to company recipes and quality standards
- Complete daily food preparation, restocking, and inventory organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout your shift
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Process dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and store operating procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining product quality

Requirements

- Able to work evening/night shifts (store closes at 11:00 PM)
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn recipes, procedures, and company standards
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry supplies up to 20 kg (44 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, coffee shop, or beverage business
- Experience opening or closing a store
- Familiar with Uber Eats, DoorDash, or other delivery platforms
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willing to obtain one)
- Passion for desserts, specialty drinks, and café culture
