About the Position

This position will be reporting to the IT Director and under their guidance will be responsible for configuration, deployment, and maintenance of security and IT systems across all company sites. This role ensures maximum security and responsibility for Infrastructure high availability, deployments by managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, VMware environments, and AD systems, while leading vulnerability management, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX), and disaster recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration

- Server Maintenance: Install, patch, and secure Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Manage and secure Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Network Management: Maintaining and deployment of Network Infrastructure hardware, DNS, and DHCP.
- Virtualization: Provision, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) environments, including HA and DRS.
- Disaster Recovery: Perform root cause analysis on network/system failures and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Security Infrastructure & Compliance (ISO 27001)

- ISMS Management: Maintain the company risk register, assessment, and mitigation in line with ISO 27001 and Annex A.
- Policy Management: Manage and update security policies (e.g., GDPR, TISAX, NIST) to ensure global compliance.

Operational Support & Collaboration





- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor network systems, infrastructure, and database systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and security protocols.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the technical interface between clients, management, and IT staff to define project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT and Security role with hands on experience in network administration and security operations.

Technical Expertise:

- Vmware: Proficiency in vSphere ESXi/vCenter.
- Microsoft/Azure: Expert in Windows Server 2016-2025, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Security Tools: Experience with Fortinet or equivalent enterprise firewalls/IPS.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
