Operations Manager: Scheduling, Recruiting & Inbound Sales
Lavage de Vitres Webster / Webster’s Windows
Lavage de Vitres Webster is one of Montreal’s leading residential window and exterior cleaning companies, now scaling across Quebec, Ontario, and Florida. We booked out days in advance all season and we are adding capacity fast: 6 technician hires in the next 30 days, with three markets growing at once.
We are hiring an Operations Manager to own the schedule, own recruiting, and close the inbound calls that come in between. This is a full-time remote position with real authority from day one.
Read this before applying:
This role is the operational center of a company in fast motion. The schedule is yours. Not to watch, to run. When a customer calls to reschedule, when a technician calls in sick at 7 AM, when a job runs long and the afternoon route breaks, you make the call and keep the day moving. You work directly with our lead technician, who handles fires in the field while you handle them on the board.
The second half of the job is recruiting. We are hiring 6 technicians this month and building sales teams in three markets. You will source, screen, and interview constantly. Filling seats fast with people who stick is a core outcome of this role, not a side task.
Between recruiting and dispatch, you are on inbound calls from customers calling to book. These are warm calls, and you close them. If you can’t hold a price and book an appointment on the phone, this is not your role.
The pace is fast and priorities shift by the hour. We are looking for someone who performs well under pressure, exercises outstanding judgment when the right answer is not obvious, and moves decisively when leadership is not available. If you find energy in this environment, you will thrive here. If you need predictability, this role will frustrate you.
What you own:
- The schedule. Routing, route density, reschedules, and capacity management across a growing technician roster. You keep trucks full and days tight.
- Recruiting. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing technicians and sales reps across Montreal, Ontario, and Florida. Target: hires who start and stay.
- Customer coordination. Inbound booking calls, service recovery, and quality control follow-up across phone, text, and email, in French and English.
What we are looking for:
A bilingual (English and French) professional who has run a scheduling board or dispatch operation before. Home services, trades, field service, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit. Someone who has hired hourly or field workers and knows what it takes to fill seats fast without lowering the bar. Warm and sharp on the phone, organized to a fault, tech savvy, and calm when the day goes sideways.
Comfort closing sales conversations is non-negotiable. We are looking for someone who finds energy in talking to people, not someone who tolerates it.
Compensation: $30/hour base ($62,400/year) plus uncapped performance pay. Realistic first-year total: $72,000 to $80,000+. Bonuses are paid on three fronts: placement bonuses for every technician you hire who sticks, commissions on inbound revenue you book, and KPI bonuses tied to execution rate and callback rate. We are hiring 6 technicians in the next 30 days. Do the math on what your first quarter is worth.
How to apply: Submit a 3 to 5 sentence voice note to (438) 701-2823 or email
[email protected] answering two things: who you are, and the last time you had to hire multiple field workers fast: where you sourced, and how many stuck.

Pay: $62,400.00-$80,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- Company events
- Paid time off
