Role Overview: We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Lot Attendant to join our dealership team on a full-time, daytime basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, organization, and organization of our vehicle inventory and dealership grounds, as well as providing general support across our sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain display inventory on the primary sales lot and secondary storage lots.

- Park, stage, and move inventory or customer vehicles across sales, service, and detailing areas.

- Conduct routine check-ins on new and used inventory to ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, and fuel levels are maintained.

- Prepare new inventory for display, including applying promotional materials, license plate frames, and trade-in processing tags.

- Maintain clean and orderly dealership grounds, assisting with seasonal lot upkeep (e.g., clearing walkways, keeping display areas clear of debris).





- Assist sales and service teams with miscellaneous operational tasks, including runner duties, vehicle retrievals, and lot reorganization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.

- Comfort driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

- High attention to detail with pride in maintaining high presentation standards.

- Strong physical mobility, as the position involves continuous walking, standing, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Reliable, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage daily checklists independently.

Schedule & Working Conditions:

- Schedule: Full time, Daytime Hours (Monday through Friday, standard business hours).

- Environment: Active outdoor and indoor work environments across dealership grounds.
