Position Overview:
The Site Supervisor (full-time, permanent), reporting to Construction Manager will be responsible for but not limited to overseeing daily site operations, scheduling, managing trades and subcontractors and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget. The ideal individual will possess problem solving skills and leadership skills to drive and foster a collaborative work environment and ensure delivery of highest quality craftsmanship in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure ART Homes standards of quality craftsmanship and safety are always met
- Supervise all day-to-day in office activities at designated project sites
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project timelines,



budgets, and materials
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site quality control checks and provide progress reports to management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase
- Problem-solve on-site issues and adapt to changing project demands
- Perform material counts for order and carefully track materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Perform hands on site work when necessary to get the job done

Qualifications/Experience:

- Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in residential construction or renovation experience, is required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, is required
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and quality residential best practices
- Proficient in using smartphones/tablets to document work and communication and navigate internal softwares
- Excellent and effective communication and customer service skills
- Good judgement, follow-through and personal accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able and willing to provide an acceptable drivers abstract
