Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators with experience with Raymond Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems to support smooth warehouse operations.

Duties

- Select items from inventory based on order specifications using order picking techniques
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Use warehouse management systems to track and verify inventory and order details
- Perform heavy lifting of products and materials as needed, adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe work workplace
- Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy before packing
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets
- Maintain accurate records of picked orders and equipment usage

Skills

- Experience with warehouse distribution processes and order picking procedures




- Proficiency in operating Order picker Machine, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

- Fall Protection/ Fall arrest License (required)
