Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations across multiple large-scale ICI projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating across active sites, and ensuring quality and schedule are maintained on some of the region's largest projects.
Key Details
- Compensation: $160,000 annually
- Location: Toronto
- Scope: ICI only

What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising plumbing crews and site operations across multiple active jobs
- Managing employees, scheduling, and day-to-day field coordination
- Overseeing quality, safety, and productivity across all assigned sites
- Acting as the on-the-ground point of contact between crews, project management, and stakeholders
- Troubleshooting field issues and keeping projects on schedule and on budget
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supervising plumbing crews on ICI construction projects
- Track record managing multiple large-scale sites simultaneously
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Comfortable overseeing teams and coordinating across concurrent jobs
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and ICI project requirements
