Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and productive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during service
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines throughout the shift

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
