The Menopause Practice Inc is an innovative and patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care for women in perimenopause, menopause, and those managing PCOS. We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) who specializes in menopause hormone replacement therapy (MHT/HRT also known as BHRT), menopause management, and weight management. Key Responsibilities:

- Autonomously diagnose and treat patients experiencing menopause-related health issues

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and exams

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Prescribe appropriate medications, including hormone replacement therapy, birth control, and treatments for weight management and metabolic syndrome

- Gather detailed medical histories and provide personalized treatment plans

-Work collaboratively with our NP team

- Contribute to program development and clinic growth initiatives

- Assist in creating and refining clinic protocols, policies, and educational materials

- Attend staff meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the Province of Manitoba





- Member in good standing of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)

- Expertise in menopause hormone replacement (MHT/HRT), menopause management, and weight management

- Experience with treating PCOS, metabolic syndrome is an asset

- additional education and/or certification related to weight management and hormone therapy preferred but not required.

- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the highest standards of care as per regulatory codes of conduct
