QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a Medical Lab Technology Post-Secondary Program
Current/eligible registration with the College of Medical Lab Technologists of Ontario
Medical Lab Technology experience. Experience considered an asset includes sample collection,
specimen preparation and handling, recording, and reporting results. Performing routine testing in
chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and coagulation. Competent in ECG administration




Meditech experience is an asset
Proficient with computer applications
Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a cooperative team
Demonstrated behaviour consistent with the CMLTO Code of Conduct
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
An excellent attendance record is imperative
Must be able to take call
