Niagara Flow Psychology is a growing private practice in the Niagara Region dedicated to providing psychological assessment and treatment services. We currently serve adolescents and adults and are excited to expand our services to include children, families and couples. Our team is committed to supporting clients with evidence-based approaches tailored to their individual needs, helping them build resilience and improve overall well-being.

We offer a comprehensive range of therapy and assessment services, including psychoeducational, ADHD, psychological, MVA, and medical-legal assessments. Services are available both in-person and virtually.

**Position Description**

Niagara Flow Psychology is actively seeking full- or part-time associates to meet the increasing needs of our community. We welcome applications from autonomous or supervised psychologists, psychological associates, and psychologists-in-training (graduate students working toward their Ph.D. in Clinical or Counselling Psychology). Our ideal candidates are committed to evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT) while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to client needs and preferences. We are looking for clinicians who value warmth, genuineness, and strong therapeutic rapport.

**Qualifications**

*A doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution is considered an asset.





* Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist in Ontario required.

* Experience working in a clinical setting, conducting psychological assessments, and providing treatment.

* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a range of mental health disorders.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
