About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, reliable person who takes pride in their craft. No experience in the industry? No problem — we'll train you completely, on our dime. What we care about most is work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
This is a full-time, permanent position with real career growth — not just another job.
What You'll Earn
- $24–$30/hr base pay (based on experience and performance) + Bonus & Tips (average technician makes over $30+)

Your Career Path at Shack Shine

- Months 1–3: Technician in training (fully paid)
- Month 4+: Lead Technician (Optional)
- Year 1: Lead Technician — leading your own crew (Optional)
- Year 2+: Operations/Manager track — a real long-term career (Optional)
What You'll Do
- Window washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning
- Christmas lights installation (October to February)
- Deliver a 5-star experience for high-end homeowners
- Drive and maintain a Shack Shine Mercedes Sprinter Van
- Basic iPhone admin — invoicing,
call-aheads, reading job contracts

What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your work
- Comfortable working at heights (max 40 ft) and on ladders
- Valid BC driver's licence
- Outgoing personality — able to connect with clients
- Basic iPhone/admin skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong asset
- Available for occasional Saturdays (mid-March to May)
