Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improve service quality
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet departmental goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is advantageous
- Skills in data entry, analysis, and upselling techniques are desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
