Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Director to lead and manage our early childhood education center. Duties

- Lead the overall management of the daycare center, including staff supervision, program development, and compliance with licensing standards
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning through play
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming setting for children, staff, and visitors at all times
- Recruit, train, and support caregiving staff to uphold high standards of classroom experience and caregiving practices
- Foster strong relationships with families by communicating regularly about their children's progress and needs
- Coordinate activities that support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements




- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations

Experience

- Proven classroom experience working directly with young children in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive learning environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams of caregivers or educators in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving and teaching
- Strong organizational skills to oversee program activities, staff schedules, and compliance documentation
- Background in caregiving roles that emphasize nurturing, patience, and positive engagement with children

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
