Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant by preparing food, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting overall kitchen functions. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support meal production
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to meet health regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by providing assistance where needed
- Follow sanitation protocols to uphold a clean and safe work environment




- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Skills

- Experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards in a kitchen setting
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not necessary

Pay: $17.20-$23.94 per hour
