The Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Salon Assistant to help keep our salon running smoothly. You'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every client while supporting our stylists throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients
- Shampoo clients and prepare them for services
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Help maintain a clean, organized salon
- Restock supplies and assist stylists as needed
- Support an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
