Box Office Attendant

Jubilations Dinner Theatre is currently looking for our next great box office attendant! We require an individual who is super friendly, fast-paced and great at multi-tasking. A passion for customer service is an absolute must for this position. Applicants must be comfortable answering multiple phone lines, handling cash and learning a new computer system. Our Box Office attendant oversees phone lines, ticket sales, theatre floor plans, guest services and other duties as required.

This position requires the individual to:

1) be fantastic at customer service and complete guest satisfaction. Previous customer service is a must for any applicant.

2) be experienced with handling cash and answering phones in a professional capacity.

3) be experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook.)

4) be a great communicator with co-workers, guests and management team.

5) be available to start soon.

6)



be a great multi-tasker.

7) be available 20-30 hours per week on evenings and weekends.

a) A weekly ticket bonus is part of the payment structure and is paid every payroll

b) You will receive 2 free tickets and 10 staff-priced tickets per show. (A yearly value of $2780.00!)
