We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR & Administrative Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. This role is integral to fostering a positive organizational culture, streamlining HR processes, and supporting business growth through effective talent management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, program oversight, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, data analysis, and HR technology systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ADP. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, conduct interviews; oversee sourcing strategies; and ensure effective onboarding procedures.
- Lead performance management programs including employee evaluations, training & development initiatives, and succession planning to foster continuous growth.
- Handle employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Supervise HRIS systems implementation and maintenance—such as Payworks.
- Drive process improvement projects across HR functions to enhance efficiency and compliance; utilize data analysis skills for decision-making support.
- Manage HR compliance with employment laws and regulations; oversee audits related to HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining employee engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership using data collection tools; analyze trends related to workforce metrics for strategic planning.
- Oversee administrative functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement.
- Supervising experience in managing HR teams or administrative staff.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Payworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution within a corporate workplace.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for workforce planning and decision-making purposes.
- Experience with change management strategies during organizational transitions.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to HR programs; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Relevant educational background in Human Resources Management or related fields is preferred.
