Amego EV is a 100% electric bicycle store in Toronto and Calgary. Our passion is to educate our customers on the benefits of the e-bike experience, for themselves and our environment.

We are the largest retailer of electric bikes in Canada, having been in business for 14 years with 3 locations in Canada.

We sell and service such brands as Cannondale, Velotric, Aventon, Bulls, Cube, Gazelle, Stromer, NCM, and Tern.

We are excited to be scaling up with a focus on growing both the in-store and online facets of the business.

Experience in the bicycle and/or electric bicycle industry is required.

The right person will be intrinsically motivated and have experience in sales, service, inventory, and preferably online shipping experience.

They will be a problem solver with the ability to think on their feet, be willing and able to juggle the many facets of sales and service, and do so with a smile.

Having a strength in the skill of open and honest communication with fellow staff and customers is essential.

Customer service focused with an amicable nature will ensure that they are the right fit here at Amego EV.

We will pay based on your level of experience, knowledge and skill.

To be a successful candidate you will:





- Be a bicycle/electric vehicle riding enthusiast.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Be comfortable with fast moving change and thinking on your feet.
- A people-person who highly values interpersonal connections and is customer service focused.
- Possess natural leadership skills; always striving for excellence and seeking ways to improve and innovate.
- Excel at multitasking
- Be ready to hustle; as a high-energy person you are not afraid to step up and help where needed, willing to pull the long hours if necessary to ensure the success of the team.
- Be able to work weekends.
- Be good with Software Systems. We currently use Lightspeed Retail, Shopify, Hubtiger, Freightcom, Slack, and MS360.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
