Job Overview

Church's Texas Chicken is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our Food Court location. As a Team Member, you will provide fast, friendly service while preparing and serving our signature menu items in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with your team to ensure every guest receives fresh, high-quality food and an exceptional customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace and are looking to build valuable customer service and food service skills.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers with a friendly and qualified attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare, package, and serve food according to Church's Texas Chicken recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately during peak business hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, food preparation areas, and dining space.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work efficiently with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily operational duties.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food court environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
