Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently




- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales, especially involving product demos or technology products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain store cleanliness
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a helpful attitude
