- Salary: $23.25 per hour
- Hours: 35–45 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Help manage labour costs and daily revenues.
- Assist with scheduling and staff supervision.
- Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support inventory control and ordering.
- Balance cash, prepare reports, and complete administrative tasks.
- Help achieve sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.

Experience:
- Restaurant management or supervisory: 1 year preferred
