We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Schomberg. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

What You'll Do

As our Shipping & Receiving Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Safely package customer materials using company packaging equipment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Prepare Bills of Lading and maintain accurate shipping documentation
- Label and organize incoming materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Complete additional warehouse duties as required

- Enjoys solving problems and thinking independently
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is comfortable using computers and completing paperwork accurately
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Is physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing warehouse duties throughout the day

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour day shift

Education

- Secondary School Diploma preferred
