We are currently looking to complete our team at our Cedar Park Skilled location in Millwoods and our Dispensaries Compounding Centre (compounding experience is an asset for the latter).
Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Full-time pharmacy assistant skilled in pharmaceutical compounding for our Cedar Park location in south Edmonton. Practicing in this unique environment will allow the successful candidate to grow and become well acquainted with preparing a wide variety of specialty compounds.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal candidate must be:
- Demonstrate excellent math skills
- Two years of experience in a variety of compounding formulations is ideal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Eagerness to learn and assist in maximizing efficiency and productivity
Responsibilities:
They support pharmacists and registered technicians to ensure that all compound preparations are complete and authentic.
Assure accuracy and completeness of pharmaceutical compounds
Must be able to time manage priorities and have strong organizational skills
