Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting smooth restaurant operations and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling responsibilities safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Restock supplies and ensure all dishware is ready for use during service hours




- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning, food handling, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, or hospitality operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior hotel or food service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
