Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to foster a friendly environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring safety standards are met
- Restock shelves, displays, and supplies to keep the environment inviting and well-presented
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and provide excellent customer service
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary




- Support inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock records

Skills

- Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure team coverage
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
