Build Your Career with a Firm That Invests in Your Future
We’re a growing holistic wealth management firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial confidence through personalized advice and exceptional service.
What makes our firm unique is our collaborative approach. In addition to working alongside our experienced advisory team, we work closely with another respected wealth management firm in the Central Alberta area. This partnership provides our team with access to additional knowledge, diverse perspectives, and mentorship opportunities while maintaining the personalized service and close relationships that define our practice.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Associate Wealth Advisor who is eager to build a long-term career—not just find their next job.
About the Opportunity
This position is designed for someone who has a strong foundation in financial services and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a trusted wealth advisor.
You’ll work directly with experienced advisors, participate in client meetings, contribute to comprehensive financial planning, and gradually assume responsibility for managing your own client relationships. You’ll receive mentorship, coaching, and hands-on experience while developing the technical expertise and confidence needed to become a lead advisor.
As our firm grows, so will your opportunities. We are committed to creating a clear career path with increasing responsibility, leadership opportunities, and the ability to build and manage your own book of business.

Business Development
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and their families.
- Identify opportunities for referrals and business growth.
- Participate in networking, community involvement, and educational events.
- Contribute ideas that support the firm’s continued growth.
Collaboration
- Work closely with advisors, administrative professionals, and our collaborative partner firm to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Share ideas and best practices across teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and regulatory documentation.
- Continue developing professionally through ongoing education and mentorship.
Who You Are
You genuinely enjoy helping people make informed financial decisions and building relationships based on trust.
You’re curious, driven, and coachable. You ask thoughtful questions, embrace feedback, and are committed to continuous improvement. You take initiative, communicate professionally, and enjoy collaborating with others.
Most importantly, you’re looking for a firm where you can establish roots, grow your career, and eventually become a trusted advisor and leader.
Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, investment services, or a related financial services environment.
- Progress toward relevant industry licensing and education (such as IFIC, CSC, CPH, CFP®, QAFP®, or PFP®). Completion of this is considered an asset.
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
