In conjunction with Account Managers and Support Supervisor, you will provide pre-and post-sale consulting, implementation planning, end-user training, and over-all project management. Working closely with clients and various internal departments, you will coordinate the tasks necessary to achieve clients’ business requirements and anticipated live dates.

Responsibilities

- Define client requirements and ensure they are communicated both internally and externally in a timely manner
- Coordinate and monitor the project
- Train end users on TRIFORCE
- Provide initial client support during implementation and secondary line support thereafter
- Test current features and assist with product functionality documentationt

Requirements





- Minimum of five years experience in larger application business systems implementation and management
- A solid accounting background, with experience in advanced manufacturing and distribution is essential
- Experience in training end users
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to be a team player
